Derbyshire Care Services have worked with Curve Learning for a number of years outsourcing our training requirements.

Our partnership with Curve Learning has grown and developed as they have continued to deliver a high quality service to our staff and the wider organisation. We particularly enjoy the professional but flexible approach to training delivery Curve Learning provide and the strong emphasis they place on developing a learning relationship with members of staff.

We feel very strongly that the hard work of our staff in achieving their qualifications is matched by the determination of Curve Learning to support and encourage each staff member in their desire for professional development and accreditation.

We have used Curve Learning and Development for several of our training courses over the past year. They have covered Moving and Handling including hoist training and First Aid for a lot of care staff, having been present for some of the training sessions I felt that the course presentations were well structured and informative.
