Dependant on the volume of training you deliver, in-house provision can be a cost effective alternative to outsourcing your training requirements. Our range of accredited train the trainer courses will equip your training team with the skills, knowledge and materials required to deliver all your mandatory training courses and more.

We presently offer nine programmes aimed at in-house trainers, but are continually broadening our portfolio so if the course you require is not listed please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Delegates attending our health and social care trainer courses will receive a trainer’s pack containing the following:

• Trainer’s copy of the training manual
• Relevant DVD’s to support delivery of the programme
• A copy of associated presentations on CD
• Master copies of all handouts and certificate masters

In addition successful completion of a train the trainer course will allow that person to deliver accredited training for care workers in the relevant subject area.

Our courses are created in such a way that you are able to begin delivery the very next day without worrying about spending time designing your own material once you have gained the knowledge and practical skills.
